Description: She lives in a normal house like anyone else, but her basement door leads to her lair, which is in a demension she created, which is bigger than half her nieghborhood. She has no real job and only leaves the house when she want to mess with someone or go shopping. And by shopping, she doesn't always go to a store. If she sees a random girl wearing something she likes, she'll ask them for it. Naturally they'd refuse, and Shilly will be forced to use one her many potions she's made.

Being quite the alchemist she's made potions that can range from simply shrinking someone, causing transgender, mind control, turning someone into a rat, etc.
She's shrunk a few girls into oblivion simply because she likes their clothes.

As far as Animorphing goes, she prefers to use it on herself more often than other, her favorite forms being a green snake, a red bat, or a blue crab (didn't draw that one, I might if Octorber asks for it). She wouldn't be a afraid to eat someone in her snake form. She can fly when in bat form, and crab form gives her two large pinchers, which allow her to crush really hard stuff, some rock which she can use for potions and other such stuff.

Finally there's Voodoo. All she needs is a doll, which she can easily make herself, and a peice of the victum, usually a piece of hair, but a drop of blood will work too. She has actually collected samples of many people in the city, so if she should ever need it, she has the pieces she needs arleady. And she can make a doll from many materials, such as cloth, rubber, elastic, glass, clay, etc. So long as the doll stays intact, so will the person. The person will remain alive so long as the doll remains enchant, she could theoretically cut the doll in half and the person will still be alive, but if take the enchantment off, well.... she doesn't often do mess stuff.

She'll often disguise herself as a highschool girl and mess with students. But she's not with out a concience. If she sees a girl being picked on by some other girls/boys, she'll use her magic on them. Although if she feels like it, she'll prank the girl too. No real sense of right or wrong.
