Clair's claws have the ability to do practically anything to someone. In this case she made Babel pregnant.

For those that forgot, as I haven't shown it in so long, Babel can regress peoples age through touch. If she regresses them into nothing, she becomes pregnant with them (though technically not that fast.

So I guess that unborn child and Clair are now....sisters? I have no idea, that child isn't even someone in particular.
