Round 2 of Lozen VS Allix
Another miss, but due more to the fact the spell only has a 20% chance to hit. I'm well aware that some of the moves only have very little chance of working but that's because the effect they have can pretty much decide a match.
And what do you know, another muscle buff! That move sure is popular. Which I'm changing slightly, but that won't happen till the next tournament. And don't ask me what it is, you'll find out the next tournament.
