Misty Age Regression

This is another one of those REALLY old ones that I started a while ago but didn't finish it until now. I had gotten about as far as the first Misty, and Dialga. I drew the rest then colored it today.

As far as regression goes, I make the close change too. I mean we've all seen naked babies, but I don't want people getting the wrong idea. PROGRESSION on the other hand... ^^
