Nina VS Kalypso RD6

Final final round of the semis!

KAAAAY..... oh wait, their both still alive....

Yeah I know, shocking isn't it? And neither one used inflation. Granted Kalypso knew she could just use another one and hope to win with ED, so she tried her tactic of Petrify once again which she seems to be 100% in hitting with. I mean she only had 60% chance, but she's hit with it everytime. Nina also figured she could do some extra damage by casting WG on Kalypso, which won't get her a KO, but definately did some extra ED. However, a couple things would have prevented Nina from getting addled! One, she was in the air due to inflation. Second, she's still technically larger with a size +2 over Kalypso's size +1. However as for Kalypso, she WAS now on the ground when Nina got petrified, so she DID take the effects. But as we can see, Nina survived her fall (unlike Shadowette from the demigirl challenge)

As far as slam goes, as I said before it can only do ED to the victim if they are at stage 2 or higher. It does 5 ED (regardless of stats) per stage, starting with stage 2. Since Kalypso was at stage 5 inflation, she took 20 ED from that slam.

So that means we go to the ED totals:

Nina took a total of 32.5 ED!

Kalypso took a total of 92.5 ED!

For a match that had both OC's on edge of being KO'd, it a surprise to see them both still here. It's a shame for Kalypso that she missed in that first round, but I think the thing that really hurt her was the miss in the 5th round. And while she didn't pop herself, she also failed to KO Nina, which at this point was her only chance to win. But because of all the possible KO's, even though the ED totals ended quite far apart, this match was relatively even most of the battle.

So better luck to Kalypso and good luck to Nina in the final!!
