I'm really surprise this hasn't happened yet in any of the battles. If someone with Giant or Muscle is hit with their counterpart spell, they simple lose one stage of it. Likewise, if a shrunk character casts giant, they can reverse the shrink. Granted Giant and Muscle are the only spells that have backfire effects if they miss. So if A shrunk character casts giant and fails, they just get shrunk more.
