Scaly Towel

Suggested by to have Shinsa as a towel being wrung out. But I decided to throw in all that other stuff too.

I didn't mention this in the reference, but Shinsa has scales instead of skin. They are very very small and smooth so it looks and feels very much like skin. She is a fish after all.
